The American Institute of Physics

Wall Street non-profit, headquarters NYC.

Kevin led the complete renovation of the American Institute of Physics’ headquarters in New York City, transforming a dated office into a sophisticated, efficient workplace for a national nonprofit organization.

The project included new conference rooms, executive offices, administrative workstations, and a welcoming reception area—all planned with careful attention to workflow, communication, and day-to-day usability. Kevin selected modern furnishings, refined finishes, and integrated technology such as projection screens, camera systems, and secure data ports to meet the organization's evolving needs.

His holistic approach—balancing function, aesthetics, and organizational culture—resulted in an environment that supported both staff productivity and the organization’s mission-driven identity.
